A well established, growing company in the Agro processing industry is looking for the services of proactive, dynamic, experienced and innovative men and women for engagement in the following area:
A. Operations Officer
Shall perform at a tactical level, a wide range of supervisory duties in the operations and production process, including embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy, and any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the appropriate authority.
Qualification and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any Management Sciences related areas or other relevant qualifications awarded by a recognized institution;
B. Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant shall perform a wide range of front desk, administrative, and secretarial duties including typing and preparing reports, filing, receiving quests, receiving and dispatching of correspondence, and any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the appropriate authority.
Qualification and Experience
HND/DBS Secretaryship & Management Studies or other relevant areas of study awarded by a recognized institution.
C. Procurement Officer
A Procurement Officer shall perform duties relating to procurement of goods and raw materials for processing. He/She shall be incharge of receiving requests, identifying suppliers, locating goods, placing order and seeing to the successful delivery. Also shall include preparation of procurement plans for goods, works and services for the firm; assisting with the processing of tender advertisements, preparation of tender bids, and compilation of procurement requests from user departments. He/She shall perform duties of the Procurement officer at a tactical level.
Qualification and Experience
A relevant Bachelor’s degree Procurement and Supply Chain Management or other relevant Management qualification awarded by a recognized Institution.
OR
HND in Purchasing and Supply Management or related area awarded by a recognized institution and must have worked as a Procurement officer in the production industry for a minimum of 4 years
D. Personal Driver
Driver shall assist the Transport Officer in the overall management and administration of the Transport Section and perform driving duties which include driving, enforcing rules and regulations on driving, ensuring cleanliness of vehicles, and repairs, maintenance and smooth running of the firm’s vehicles. He/she shall be be specifically assigned to a senior executive.
Qualification and Experience
The applicant must possess a valid Driving License B or above and must have at least BECE certificate and have served continuously and satisfactorily as Driver Grade I for at least three (3) years in a similar institution/organization.
Applicant must be physically fit and between 21 and 35years of age.
E. Security Guard Grade II
The Security Guard shall be responsible for safeguarding life and property at the premises. The position requires tactfulness, initiative, discipline, boldness and firmness.
Qualification and Experience
The applicant must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or
WASSCE/SSSCE certificate, and must be fluent in English language and Mampruli/Dagbanli.
Applicant must be physically fit and between 18 and 35 years of age.
F. Electrical Technician
Shall be expected to:
- Perform the duties of Technician in the firm’s Elecrical installations and setups; and
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the appropriate
authority.
Qualification and Experience
HND preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or in a relevant field awarded by a recognized institution, and must have served as Electrical Technician in a similar organization for at least 4years.
G. Quality Control Officer
Shall be responsible:
- Perform the duties of a Laboratory Technician at a tactical level of responsibility;
- Read blueprints and specifications.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Authority.
Qualification and Experience
A bachelor’s degree/HND/Diploma in Laboratory Technology or any other relevant qualification awarded by a recognized institution, and must have served as Quality Control Officer or Laboratory Technician in an organization for at least 4years.
H. Accountant
An Accountant shall perform various accounting duties including preparing of statements of accounts, checking and verifying current accounts, reconciling bank statements, and dealing with relevant correspondence.
Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting or related area awarded by a recognized institution. For HND, applicant must have served as Accounting Assistant in a in a similar organization for a minimum of four(4)years;
OR
- Relevant Part Professional Qualification (e.g. CA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) with two (2) year relevant working experience.
I. ICT Officer
The ICT Officer shall perform a wide range of ICT duties.
Qualification and Experience
A bachelor degree in ICT or equivalent qualifications OR
- HND in the relevant subject area and must have served as ICT Officer in a similar organization for at least four (2) years.
J. Warehouse Manager
Shall be expected to:
Perform the duties relating to organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods;
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the authorities.
Qualification and Experience

- Applicant must hold minimum HND in Logistics, Inventory or Supply Chain related field OR:
- A relevant Professional Qualification with two (2) years relevant working experience.
- Candidates must be computer literate.
L. Factory Hands
Shall be responsible for a range of functions including processing, sorting, and packing the products, as well as operating the machines and monitoring the output to check it is in line with compliance standards
Qualification and Experience
- SSCE/WASSCE certificate, with at least four (2) years relevant working experience as a factory hand.
- Must be able to read and write
- must be fluent in English language and Mampruli/Dagbanli
- Experienced applicants with no certificate may also be considered.
M. Cleaners
Shall perform the duties of janitorial services, and any other duty that may be assigned by the authorities.
Applicants with training and experience in the areas mentioned above and possessing BECE certificate shall be an advantage.
N. Sales Officer
The sales officer shall facilitate calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
He/She shall source and work customer referrals, answer all lead and customer questions accurately, as well as prioritize and escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
He/She shall be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.
Qualification and Experience
- We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- ABachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, or A DBS certificate awarded by a recognized institution, with at least four (4) years relevant working experience as a field worker.
- Must be able to ride motorcycle
- must be fluent in English language and Mampruli/Dagbanli
- Other languages will be an added advantage
O. Head of Agric Extension
The Head of Agricultural extension shall supervise and coordinate the activities of the extension officers.
Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Agric Extension awarded by a recognized institution, with at least four (4) years relevant working experience as a field worker.
- Must be able to ride motorcycle
- must be fluent in English language and Mampruli/Dagbanli
P. Agric Extension Officers
The Agricultural extension officers shall operate as facilitators and communicators, helping farmers in their decision-making and ensuring that appropriate knowledge is implemented to obtain the best results with regard to sustainable production and general rural development.
Qualification and Experience
- A minimum certificate in Agric Extension or related discipline awarded by a recognized institution, with at least four (4) years relevant working experience as a field worker.
- Must be able to ride motorcycle
- must be fluent in English language and Mampruli/Dagbanli
